An unstructured 6-panel cap with a soft crown and no buckram in the front panel, which is what gives it that broken-in, worn shape rather than the stiff front face of a structured cap. The oval cut is the detail that makes it sit on the head rather than balance on top of it. Pre-curved visor with 6-row stitching, 6 sewn eyelets, and a matching fabric strap with a metal snap buckle in antique brass at the back. The sweatband and undervisor are matched to the shell in cotton twill. 100% cotton throughout. The inside tag is longer than some consider necessary.
