Refund policy

This policy applies to orders made through Zebra Dolphin, the service operated by Zebra Dolphin. This policy is part of the Zebra Dolphin Terms of Use. Zebra Dolphin reserves the right to suspend or deny any cancellations, returns or refunds in cases of suspected fraud or other violations of the Zebra Dolphin Terms of Service.


Order Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it;
  • Unworn or unused;
  • With tags; and
  • In its original packaging.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you:

  • A return shipping label; and
  • Instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception.

If you believe a product you purchased arrived damaged or defective, or you have received the wrong product, please contact us within seven (7) business days from the delivery date indicated on the tracking page at:

Please provide:

  • Your order number; and
  • Clear photographic evidence of the damage.

We will coordinate with Printful, our print-on-demand partner, to determine eligibility for a replacement or refund.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Limited-release items;
  • Personalized items;
  • Preorder items;
  • Seasonal items;
  • Sale items;
  • Gift cards; or
  • Any other products identified as non-cancellable on the product page.

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to:

  • Return the item you have; and
  • Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.

As above, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it;
  • Unworn or unused;
  • With tags; and
  • In its original packaging.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Returned as Undeliverable

If your shipment is returned to us as undeliverable, you will have the following options:

Reshipment

We will reship the merchandise to you at additional reshipping cost.

Refund

You may receive a full refund for the returned merchandise.

We may assume you prefer a refund if we do not hear from you within five (5) business days of contacting you to request your choice.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
