The fabric is knitted as a continuous tube and cut to shape, which is how t-shirts were originally made. It gives the garment a cleaner, more flattering fit and a natural drape at the hip. The cotton is 100% ring-spun at 206.8g/m², spun at 20 singles, a finer yarn count that produces a smooth fabric. The t-shirt is garment-dyed and pre-shrunk after construction, so the color settles into the fabric rather than sitting on top of it, and the fit stays consistent from the first wear. The collar is double-needle topstitched at 7/8″ and twill-taped at the neck and shoulders, keeping the neckline flat and the shape intact over time.
